Jason Noland, founder of Noland Outdoors, got bitten by the hunting bug early on in life at the young age of 5 or 6, when his grandfather would take him along whenever he went squirrel or deer hunting. Jason's passion for hunting and the outdoors only grew as he got older and today, when he's not spending time at work or with his family, you can bet he is either out hunting, getting prepared to go hunting, or daydreaming about hunting.
A West Alabama native, Jason grew up in the small, quiet town of Aliceville, which served as a perfect place to feed his apetite for the outdoors and hone his skills as a young outdoorsman. Growing up, most afternoons in the fall would find him slipping out of his grandparents home and pursuing the local wildlife just beyond the back door.
After graduating from college, Jason served a 4-year stint in the Air Force as an avionics technician on B-52H Stratofortress Bombers at Barksdale AFB in Bossier City LA. After his time was up in the military, Jason returned to Alabama, settling in the nearby town of Tuscaloosa. There he got a job with the I.S. department at the local hospital and soon met Amy, the woman he would fall in love with and marry. They now have 3 beautiful daughters.
Jason used his passion for hunting and his knowledge in Information Services to create Noland Outdoors, the website. It's a labor of love that he hopes to nurture and grow into something more than just a web-based environment. To contact Jason, email him at jason@nolandoutdoors.com.

Jason Eatman, an original Pro Staff member, was born and raised in West Alabama. He too grew up hunting and fishing the woodlots and streams near his home with his father, a skilled forester and outdoorsman.
Upon graduating high school, Jason, a talented baseball player, signed on to play baseball for Livingston University (now the University of West Alabama). While at L.U., he set the school record for career saves as a relief pitcher. After graduating from Livingston, Goose (as his friends call him) went on to Mississippi State University in Starkville where he earned a degree in forestry, which is his occupation today. To say he is an avid outdoorsman would be an understatement since he spends his time at work and at play in the woods.
Jason's passion for hunting and the outdoors, along with his lifelong friendship with current Noland Outdoors members Jason Noland and Dewey Owens, make him an ideal fit as a Pro Staff member. Not only that but, as the photos on this site will atest, he is one dang good hunter. He has bagged numerous large bucks with bow and gun and is a passionate steward of wildlife and wildlife conservation.
Jason currently resides near the town of Aliceville with his wife Ginger and their dog Max. To contact Jason, email him at eatman@nolandoutdoors.com.

One word that everybody who knows Dewey would use to describe him is...a friend. Dewey is one of those give-you-the-shirt-off-his-back type of friends. Also a West Alabama native from Aliceville, Dewey has been hunting and fishing since before any of us can remember. He shot his first deer practically before he could walk and hasn't looked back since.
Both of Dewey's parents are outdoor enthusiasts and you will frequently find the entire family, including Dewey's two sons Kevin and Reese, out on a pontoon boat fishing for catfish in the summer or sitting on stand in the woods during the fall.
Like fellow Noland Outdoors team member Jason Eatman, Dewey also played college baseball. He was a standout catcher at the Jeff Davis Community College and then finished up his career at Western Kentucky University. After college Dewey became a high school teacher and coach, contributing to a couple of state championships in football at Marengo Academy.
Dewey brings considerable knowledge and skill to our team here at Noland Outdoors and we are fortunate to call him a colleague and friend.
Dewey can be reached via email at dewey@nolandoutdoors.com
